Raising awareness and take up of benefits

Training

Warwickshire Welfare Rights Advice Service has a rolling training programme of courses covering a range of benefits issues, benefits by main client groups and regular updating events.  It is a mixture of two-day, single day and half day courses.

FEATURES OF OUR TRAINING

  • We have over 20 years experience is providing training on benefit matters.
  • Our training courses are presented by experienced practitioners who also represent at tribunals and staff our Benefit Enquiry Line, so it is training based on practical knowledge.
  • Mindful that delegates often do not have access to detailed information materials, all of our courses include comprehensive training packs.
  • Welfare Rights can be a dry subject, but TRAINEE EVALUATION shows that WWRAS training often has a lighter touch.

Here is our CURRENT TRAINING PROGRAMME.

Here is our FULL LIST OF AVAILABLE COURSES we can do ‘off the shelf’.
